Venue
One or two-days training workshops take place in opposition-held areas in Northern Syria and some Governorates in Turkey.
Targeted audience
The targeted audience were receptionists in health facilities, midwives, some members of local councils, civil police, and any other group that might have first contact with the victims.
Purpose
These workshops aim to convey the right skills and approach needed on how to interact with survivors upon first contact, refer to appropriate services, raise awareness, and mitigate the stigma surrounding sexual violence victims.
