{"id":6594,"date":"2020-04-24T19:16:31","date_gmt":"2020-04-24T19:16:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ldhrights.org\/?p=6594"},"modified":"2020-04-24T19:18:18","modified_gmt":"2020-04-24T19:18:18","slug":"%d9%85%d8%b3%d8%a4%d9%88%d9%84%d8%a9-%d8%a5%d8%af%d8%a7%d8%b1%d8%a9-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%ad%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%a9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ldhrights.org\/?p=6594","title":{"rendered":"\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\/\u0629 \u0625\u062f\u0627\u0631\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062d\u0627\u0644\u0629"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 Case Management Officer<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Idleb\/ Northern and western Aleppo countryside.<br \/>\n<strong>Vacancy Code:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 SY- CMO0420<br \/>\n<strong>Closing Date:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 29th of April 2020<br \/>\n<strong>Contract status: \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Programs Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Contracting period\u00a0<\/strong> 30 September 2020 (renewable subject to funding)<br \/>\n<strong>About LDHR:<\/strong><br \/>\nLawyers and doctors for human rights is non-governmental organization which supports the civilians during the crises and dedicates the time and resources to provide the help in order to stop human rights violations and aiding the people in need to be effective community members.<br \/>\nPosition Summary:<br \/>\nUnder the direct supervision of the Programs Manager, the Case Management Officer will be primarily responsible for the implementation of LDHR\u2019s projects and ensure transparency and integrity across all program\u2019s activities.<br \/>\nAdditionally, the Programs officer will provide support and assistance as required to programs in supported projects.<br \/>\n<strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Create and update the waiting list of torture and detention survivors who are willing to document their cases by communicating with the first responders, documenters, LDHR\u2019s partners, and LDHR\u2019s network.<br \/>\n\u2022 Act as the main focal point between the survivors and LDHR\u2019s documenters in order to give the survivors an orientation about LDHR\u2019s scope of work and facilitate the documentation sessions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Receive feedback from both documenter and survivor after finalizing the documentation process and record it on the feedback tracker.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist the programs Manager in the follow up process with QAC, documenters, and transitional justice department.<br \/>\n\u2022 Update the case tracker on a daily basis.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in compiling the monthly report by providing inputs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead the preparation process of case clinics by coordinating with both QAC and survivors.<br \/>\n\u2022 Receive feedback from survivors after finalizing the case clinic and record it on the case tracker and compile the feedback report.<br \/>\n\u2022 Receive the final report from the case clinic leader and review it before sharing it.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead the process of compensating documenters, case clinic supervisors, and case clinic leader as per the incentives scale.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify a potential service provider to be vetted from many sources like the first responders, documenters, LDHR\u2019s partners, and LDHR\u2019s network.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead the vetting process of service providers and sign an MOUs with all vetted centers in both Syria.<br \/>\n\u2022 Update the vetting tracker on daily basis in order to include the information of all vetted centers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead the referral process of all survivors who are in need to be referred to service providers and record all details of referral process on the referral tracker.<br \/>\n\u2022 Take a spot check feedback from some survivors about the service he\/she received from the center and put it together in one document and send it to programs manager.<br \/>\n\u2022 Where appropriate, receive and document the final report from the service providers who delivered the service to the referred survivors.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and mailing.<br \/>\n\u2022 Archiving all related documents to Sync in timely manner.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in the preparation and drafting of periodic reports.<br \/>\n\u2022 Where appropriate, work closely with partner organizations in completing the above tasks<br \/>\n\u2022 Contribute to routine collection, production, and sharing of monthly lessons learned; this is to be coordinated between all relevant programs departments.<br \/>\n\u2022 All other duties and tasks assigned by Programs manager.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Required Qualifications, Experience and Attributes<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n\u2022 At least a bachelor\u2019s degree in a mental health, psychosocial support, psychological counselling or equivalent experience.<br \/>\n\u2022 Able to prioritize, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.<br \/>\n\u2022 Willingness to travel and work extensively \u2013 sometimes at short notice, in difficult places and under long hours \u2013 according to a results-based approach<br \/>\n\u2022 Able to work independently and within a team.<br \/>\n\u2022 Diligent in work processes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Flexible in schedule, attitude and work prioritization.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google software, particularly Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Word and MS Excel. Adobe suite preferred.<br \/>\n\u2022 Fluency in English and Arabic.<br \/>\n\u2022 Previous NGO experience in a similar context a plus.
