Human Rights
Human rights are moral principles or norms that describe certain standards of human behavior and are regularly protected as legal rights in municipal and international law. They are commonly understood as inalienable fundamental rights "to which a person is inherently entitled simply because he or she is a human being", and which are "inherent in all human beings" regardless of their nation, location, language, religion, ethnic origin or any other status. They are universally applicable everywhere and at every time for everyone.
Detainees in prisons
Detainees endure extreme suffering, undergoing pain, torture, and hopelessness under brutal dictatorships. Until they are released from detention, their whereabouts, conditions, and destiny are unknown, and their suffering often continues even after they are free
Documenting violations
Every entity that aspires to uphold justice and to build a healthy society maintaining the values of Humanity, Justice and Freedom must observe and document the violations and abuses being committed and hold the perpetrators accountable through professional and legal means. The importance of documenting crimes according to the international standards is to establish legal evidence to condemn the perpetrators, raise global awareness, and advocate for justice.

Transitional Justice is comprised of both judicial and non-judicial pathways and mechanisms needed to assist a community that has experienced armed conflict with rebuilding and healing. It is meant to ensure justice through accountability and guarantees remedies for victims and their families
