Feedback and Complaints Mechanism

No Commentsadmin
The Lawyers and Doctors for Human Rights organization clearly affirm its principles of work which based on survivors, families of the missing and forcibly disappeared persons and ensures that no abuses or harms are caused during any services provided by the organization, by the institution, its workers and its members while performing their voluntary and functional responsibilities. We insist on equal rights and full respect for all people regardless of race, gender, and religion, however, the organization works to strengthen the values and principles of human rights in all its programs; and works on raising community awareness of several aspects it works for. Since the beginning of the LDHR through the past years and until now, we have had the honor to work with courageous heroes of survivors of arrest, and from sexual violence, and the families of the missing and forcibly disappeared persons who shared their stories and their suffering with full confidence and courage. Here in LDHR, we are proud of the relationship of trust and cooperation that brought together survivors and families of the missing persons with the network of LDHR lawyers, doctors, and the network of first responders, and we also strive to ensure its continuation and its development, taking into consideration that any faults or mistakes that may be occurring or occurred before during our work with them are avoided. We, and out of this concern, and after receiving several complaints and feedbacks that have been dealt with seriously and strictly, we have developed the complaints and feedback mechanisms to ensure reaching out of all complaints, observations, and recommendations from survivors, families of the missing and forcibly disappeared persons, and all beneficiaries from all provided services and programs; as well as from all partners, donors, organizations and workers. We deal with any complaints, observations, and recommendations seriously and firmly to ensure that any faults are avoided, as well as to prevent any violations, abuses, and harms that may occur, whether intentionally or spontaneously. We recommend and ask everyone not to hesitate to send every fault or lack through the following channels:
– By filling in the complaints form electronically (Google drive form) through the following link: http://bit.ly/39nHqgd
–  Send the complaint directly via the complaints email to [email protected]
