LDHR is originally started as a group of lawyers and physicians devoting efforts to document the atrocities taking place in crises with an emphasis on ex-detainees and torture survivors. Through targeted trainings and mentoring by international experts, we were able to deepen and diversify our own expertise in medical-legal documentation of torture and SGBV. Multiple phases of this project produced committees, attracted new members, and we have developed a more organized way of collaborating to obtain justice and fulfill the mission of preserving human rights for all LDHR is growing fast and expanding its activities, while continuing to build and share knowledge and expertise.

ROLE PURPOSE:
This role aims at supporting the sound management for the Human Resources function within the LDHR Country Office in Turkey via participating in maintaining and applying LDHR HR policy and Procedure regarding to recruitment process, Staff HR issues, including staff records performance, training termination. and other aspects of HR Management function

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinating recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire

Participating in developing job descriptions and specifications, preparing job adverts, screening application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Preparing all of the paperwork related to employment, probation and

Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and under supervision of HR Manager / Chief Operation

Ensuring induction, orientation, annual performance review and exit procedures are conducted for all hired staff by the end of probation

Participating in planning and coordinating for employees training events or programs and recommending resources, as needed and under supervision of HR Manager / Chief Operation

Liaising with a range of people involved in policy areas such as employee performance, maintaining and monitoring records of employee

Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, composing regular correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines, and taking minutes as needed and under supervision of HR Manager / Chief Operation

Efficiently track, report, and update, employee performance and attendance activities on regular basis
